T O P I C R E V I E WMonteCristoI’m interested in which transits and progressions most strongly indicate meeting a long-term partner. I know that only one transit isn’t likely to make that happen, but if there are several at once...I’m recently single and exciting to meet hopefully my partner in crime ♥️Aries23DegreesMet a new loveTrans Sat in Aqu is square Nat Plu in 7thTrans Ura in Natal Tau contra/p n Sat/7thTrans Nep trine Natal Ven in 7th.Trans Nep trine Natal Moon in 3rd.Trans Nep inconjunct ASC/DSC Aries/Lib.LerenaI don't have a lot of charts I can go back to and study, but for the people I could do this with, a combination of Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto transits to my personal planets showed up when I met them.Kannon McAfeeNo transit has to be moving through the 7th house (or 5th) for this window of opportunity to be opened. A transit or progression can activate relational energies and the 7th house from anywhere in the chart. So what is a more reliable indicator are slower planets making major transits to the natal Venus and/or Asc/DC axis and/or 5th cusp and/or planets in the 5th or 7th house. Slower planets mean Jupiter and outwards. Major transits mean conjunctions, parallels, sextiles, squares, trines, oppositions and contra-parallels. The slower planets set the context and the personal planets reinforce it, especially Sun, Mercury, Mars. But there are instances where even the Lunar Nodes + Venus do the job in transits if there are appropriate progressed factors. There are a multitude of ways this window of opportunity can be opened. What actually matters most is whether we are ready and willing. Sometimes there is a 'difference of opinion' between our conscious and subconscious.------------------Soul Stars Astrology by The Declinations GuyExpert birth chart rectificationThe birth chart is a starting place not a pre-determiner of fate. I think Pluto in my H5 has really kept me from a relationship. I had transiting SN go over my natal Venus that year/around that time. I had never felt that way about anyone by that age (was in my mid/late 20s). I also had transiting Uranus in my H7 for all those years...In 2007 I had another significant (yet turbulent) relationship...my transiting NN, Venus and Uranus were conjunct in H7.I'll also add that I'm a Sun Conjunct Uranus natal and my H7 is ruled by Aquarius...I'm thinking Uranus was a key component to my luck in meeting all these men.But now...I have the transits that "look" optimal with a packed H5 full of transits...but nothing has happened. I blame it on having Pluto and Saturn transiting in H5 (Saturn has moved out temporarily as I mentioned, back again after July I believe).So--would LOVE to hear which transits indicate meeting someone new...MonteCristo quote:Originally posted by Kannon McAfee:No transit has to be moving through the 7th house (or 5th) for this window of opportunity to be opened. I have come to a time in my life where I feel ready for a love that is solid, marked by a foundation of loyalty, respect, and open, honest love. In the past, although I've had that, I believe I was simply either too young, or just not in l love with the people that offered that. My last relationship, a turbulent one that lasted for 3.5 years, then apart for 3 years, and then back again for over a year, was one that taught me the most out of all of them. And it is now that I have learned that I must stop getting lost in a relationship and be strong enough to set boundaries. This last relationship of mine was karmic, that's no doubt. I want children, I want someone who is my partner and best friend in life, with a passion that runs deep. I feel I've kept myself from meeting someone like that, because I've been so tangled and consumed by that karmic relationship I mentioned before. It sometimes feels like all that energy, time, and work were wasted--but I know in the grand scheme of things, everything happens as it should. And our souls are all connected in ways that we cannot fathom. But, I am ready. I am ready for the person who will complement me and help me shine, and I am ready to complement him and help him rise even higher than imagined! Love is a beautiful thing.Anyway, I've been following my transits for a few months now and know that Jupiter and Neptune will both be in my 5th house in the upcoming couple of years. Currently Uranus is in my 7th, where my natal Jupiter lies in Aries. Saturn and Pluto are transiting right at the end of the 3rd house, and Saturn has slowly dipped into my 4th house. My natal Sun, Merc, Venus, and Mars are all in Leo in 10th, and my ASC is in Libra. I'm just so curious as to how and when, and although I know nobody can answer that, I'm just so excited that I can't help but wonder, when! Sort of like a kid sneaking downstairs late Christmas Eve just to stare at the presents in eager anticipation ScoprieScorp, I too, am as curious as you!ScorpieScorpMonteCristo, same, I'm finally, ready for a relationship. I don't think I've ever been able to say that, till now. MonteCristoKannon, a little off topic, but are you doing readings again? I saw on your website that you took a break during April. Would love to set something up if you are doing them again!Kannon McAfeeYes, I'm open for business again.Sorry, I did not noticed further questions were addressed to me here. Really it comes down to things specific to your own natal chart and the transits/progressions produced by them. Those only outline windows of opportunity, not necessarily any 'sure thing.' It is really a matter of how we use our windows of opportunity.More powerful than any knowledge gained from astrology is your ability to co-create with the universe your own outcomes. On something as important as relationships it is far more important to use that power than to wait passively hoping the next Jupiter or Venus transit will bring something. It can take sometimes months or years to bear fruit, so it is better to use your powers of visualization and verbalization to communicate to the universe clearly and without doubt you are ready for a partner who loves and appreciates you as you are. Sit in what that feeling means and use that energy to send out the signal. Then watch the magic happen.------------------Soul Stars Astrology by The Declinations GuyExpert birth chart rectificationThe birth chart is a starting place not a pre-determiner of fate.
